I’m Christina — emotional healer, coach, and mother of three.
My work is about helping women come home to themselves—through breathwork, sensory rituals, and grounded, soul-led support.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to hold space while you remember who you are.
After years of over-giving, people-pleasing, and feeling like I was never measuring up, I started choosing myself—and everything changed.
Now I help other women do the same.

For so long, I tried to earn my worth by over-giving, over-performing, being useful, being beautiful. But it was only when I stopped chasing love and started choosing myself that I found the truest version of ME and still am.

NeuroDynamic Breathwork is a powerful, music-guided breathing practice that combines conscious connected breathing with the body's innate ability to heal, release, and integrate.
Unlike traditional relaxation breathing, NeuroDynamic Breathwork is designed to help regulate the nervous system, release stored stress and emotions, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom. Every session is unique, allowing your body—not your mind—to guide the experience.
The two guiding principles of this work are trust and surrender. As you let go of expectations and follow your breath, your body naturally begins to process what it's ready to release.
Each session begins by creating a safe, supportive space where you'll be guided through the breathwork process and learn what to expect.
Together we'll move through:
• A gentle guided meditation to help you settle into your body
• Breath instruction and conscious connected breathing
• A carefully curated music journey that supports emotional release, insight, and nervous system regulation
• Gentle integration (live music when offered), quiet reflection, journaling, and an optional sharing circle
Every experience is different. Some people feel deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, joy, or profound connection, while others simply experience a greater sense of peace and presence. There is no "right" way to experience breathwork—your body leads the journey.
